At our ‘Spanish Night’ fundraising event we asked our guests to put their heads together and come up with some interesting and exciting challenges for us to complete on our journey. We were overwhelmed by the response and the amounts pledged for us to challenge and often embarrass ourselves for the pleasure of others.

Thanks everybody who suggested a challenge and pledged money for us to complete it, we’ll do our best to succeed and increase the money raised for the campaign.

The challenges that we have been asked to undertake are listed below:

Victoria has challenged Stephen to come home with a photo of himself, naked on his BMW GS1200 in public, with only his Helmet covering his modesty.

2. By Robert Wilson of Belfastducktours.com

Robert has requested a photo of Stephen & Alan with four Spanish ladies, holding four Spanish cooking pots, with a live Spanish chicken in each pot looking out over the side… make it an easy one there Robert.

3. By Dennis Lynch

Dennis has requested that Stephen refrain from smoking for one whole day throughout the journey. Alan is to provide confirmation on his return.

Stephen & Alan are challenged to sing ‘My Way’ in French to an audience of at least 10 and bring back video evidence of the event.

Christina has requested a photo of Stephen & Alan playing frisbee at the park outside the ‘Louvre’ in Paris in Borat style mankinis… Hopefully Christina will represent them if they are arrested in the process.

Deloris has requested a photo of Stephen & Alan dancing in Malaga Old Town with full women’s flamenco gear and castanets to ‘oh la palomo blanco’.

Kevin has requested a photo of Stephen & Alan at the Moulin Rouge with two can can dancers in full regalia.

Richard requires Stephen or Alan to bring back an orange picked straight from an orange tree in Valencia.

Stephen & Alan are required to provide video evidence of them both cooking and eating road kill by the side of the road.

Stephen & Alan are required to eat at least three Subway sandwiches in three different locations on their journey and provide pics to prove that they have completed the task… the more interesting the location the better.
